Summary of Our Policies 

Product Information  

We sell overstock, open box, shelf pulls, returned items, and used items.

We will be as specific as possible on the condition of the item and if

item is missing any parts. I try very hard to describe the product as

it should be.

So, I can't give a in store warranty for most items. Please don't

expect or assume anything other than as described. I have tested

all items for power and working condition and noted that in the

item description. If there is many kind of warranty on any item,

it Will be stated so, and will be money back, less shipping cost, 

(buyer pays will cost also).  

  PAYMENTS 

 IN GOD WE TRUST, ALL OTHERS PAY CASH    

  We prefer PAYPAL, but also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks, Echecks,

personal checks & business checks. All Bank Money Orders and Cashiers

Checks, Echecks, personal checks & business checks must clear

the bank before item is shipped (normal clearing time is 5 days after deposit).

  SHIPPING 

Local pickups are welcome by appointment only. For PAYPAL payments,

We ship to CONFIRMED ADDRESSES ONLY.

We ship to the CONTIGUOUS US 48 STATES ONLY. We don't ship to PO BOXES,  

CANADA , PUERTO RICO , ALASKA OR HAWAII . A handling fee is included in the shipping charges. 

PAYPAL ECHECKS TAKE UP TO 5 DAYS TO CLEAR AND We'll SHIP YOUR ITEMS WHEN THE CHECK 

HAS CLEARED.  

  Delivery 

 We will ship your item as soon as we get notification of your PAYPAL cleared payment.

All other payments certified check, money orders, Bank Money Orders and Cashiers

Checks, personal checks & business checks,or PAYPAL E-CHECK.

  Refunds & Returns 

  The item is guaranteed not to be DOA, unless noted in descriptions. If the item is damaged or not as described 

you must e-mail me at usavers@usaver.net within 3 days of receipt for either a

refund or replacement. Refunds are given only for damaged or misrepresentation

of the product being sold. Items that qualify for returns must be returned in

the same condition as when sent. All items have been checked (unless stated)

and pictures taken of them.
